Loretta Sissy Sawyer is a minor character in Texas Chainsaw 3D. She is a member of the Sawyer family and the birth mother of Heather Miller.

Loretta was in the Sawyer house with the Sawyer family when Sheriff Hooper showed up to ask them to surrender Leatherface to authorities.
Then, the mob of vigilantes lead by Burt Hartman which they proceed to burn down the Sawyer Farmhouse with everyone in it except Loretta, Leatherface and her baby.
Loretta was near death when she was confronted by Gavin Miller, another vigilante who took her baby, kicked her hard in the face, and she died. Gavin and his wife Arlene then took her daughter to raise as their own.
