Walter Edward "W.E." Slaughter is a supporting antagonist appearing in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. He is a member of the Slaughter Family.

When Heather and Barry are confronted by Leatherface and his brother W.E. Sawyer, W.E. threatens Barry with a shotgun while Heather is put up on a meathook by Leatherface. Barry asks W.E. to put the gun down just so that he can use the bathroom. W.E. gives him permission and Barry goes inside to use the bathroom. He discovers a skeleton in the bathtub as well as the remains of previous victims in the room. He is suddenly hit over the head with a sledgehammer by Leatherface.
W.E. is later called by Darla at her work, in an effort to kidnap Jenny and put her in her trunk. He later goes home, where he teases Leatherface with a cattle prod, which he also does to others throughout the film, implying this is a frequent hobby of his.
W.E. is later seen with the rest of his family eating pizza for dinner when Vilmer becomes angry and attacks W.E. with a hammer and presumably kills him by crushing him with his robotic leg. His last words are one final historical quote.
